Staycation becomes a popular activity due to the pandemic.
Under the pandemic, people are trapped in their own surrounding. The flow of information and imagination are perceived in new forms. Human’s understanding toward distance changes. The sharing of space and ideas gets more and more virtualized.
In addition, people spend more time staying at home. Self-reflection and to get along with oneself becomes a new topic for human. “ Home Staycation” makes use of installation art, video art and Artificial Reality, etc to present the idea that even people are trapped during lock down, their imagination remains open and versatile.
